1. How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only offer shipping within the U.S.
3. What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@magnetikaprints.com immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
4. What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, please email us at hello@magnetikaprints.com and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
6. How long do you keep my photos?
The photos stay in our system for 30 days. After the 30 days, they are deleted.
7. Do you accept bulk orders or work with other businesses?

8. Where do you get your equipment/supplies?
All of our supplies are professional and high quality. Our machines are all industrial and made in the USA.
